on the day, month and year given herein concluded this

 

Sublicense Agreement for Use of Work:

 

Article 1

Subject Matter

 

1. Hereby, the Licensor represents that under the License Agreement dated July 14, 2003 and concluded with author Ing. Stanislav Fikejz, it holds an exclusive license for copying and distribution of the work called "Debtors and Creditors".

 

2. The License Agreement specified in Subsection 1 of this Article is effective until December 31, 2007.

 

3. The License Agreement specified in Subsection 1 of this Article gives the Licensor the right to grant a full or restricted right of use as part of the license to a third party in the form of sublicense, provided that the Licensee notifies the Author in writing and in advance about its intention to grant a sublicense, sub-licensee and scope of thereof, and provided that the author does not reject the granting and conditions of such sub-license within 30 days of such notice. The Licensee represents that the conditions of sub-license granting were met.

 

Article 2

Sublicense

 

Hereby, the Licensor grants the Licensee a sublicense - right to copy and distribute the work under Article 1 hereof in an electronic form.

 

Article 3

Scope of Sublicense

 

The Licensee has the right to make a maximum of 5,000 copies of the work.

 

Article 4

Licensee's Restrictions

 

The Licensee must not modify or change in any other way the work sublicensed, or the name or label of the Author.

 

Article 5

Licensor's Remuneration

 

1. The Licensee shall pay the Licensor remuneration for the sublicense granted.

 

2. The remuneration is due as follows:

a) the Licensee shall pay the Author CZK 150,000 (in words: one hundred and fifty thousand Czech Crowns) in cash and upon execution hereof;
